In Short

• Design and build scalable distributed systems to process, index, and serve data efficiently.
• Optimize data pipelines using technologies such as Redis, RocksDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Leverage asynchronous programming with Tokio and implement APIs using the JSON-RPC protocol.
• Develop networking protocols and consensus mechanisms for reliable communication.
• Maintain a high-performance gateway for efficient API request handling.
• Build tools for monitoring, alerting, and automation to ensure system reliability.
• Write tests to validate features and prevent regressions.
• Design systems with end-user and product requirements in mind.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in distributed systems and database management.
• Experience with networking protocols and blockchain technology, particularly Solana.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
