Overview

The Payoff Processing Associate is responsible for accurately processing payoff requests and ensuring timely handling of loan and lease payoffs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience in loan and lease processing preferred.
• Basic accounting and cash reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate skills in Oracle and Atlassian Jira.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
