The Mortgage Loan Officer position provides Simply the Best customer service to each customer at all times, focusing on developing mortgage loan business and maintaining client relationships.

• Develops new and expands referral sources to grow mortgage business.
• Advises clients on mortgage loan options and financial products.
• Provides excellent customer service from approval through closing.
• Maintains client relationships and advises on loan applications.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• PC and internet skills are necessary.

• NMLS license preferred.
• Knowledge of various mortgage loan products.
