Overview

The Director of Institutional Asset Management & Trust is responsible for defining and leading the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for delivering asset management and trust administration services to institutions.

• Lead a team to construct tailored asset management solutions for institutional clients.
• Partner on new business acquisition and strengthen existing relationships.
• Develop Outsourced Chief Investment Officer solutions for portfolio and risk management.
• Collaborate with liquidity and fixed income teams for investment optimization.
• Represent the Huntington Institutional Asset Management brand.
• Ensure effective service delivery across geographies.
• Work with Wealth Management leaders to grow the business.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Travel required.
• Exempt status from overtime pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience with institutional clients.
• Senior level wealth management leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Specialty Trust business lines.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven organic growth track record.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
