The Project Director - Asset Management is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction and team performance while maintaining quality functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Business.
• Eligibility for Professional Engineering License in Illinois preferred.
• 10+ years of asset management experience preferred.
• 5+ years in project management/business development.
• Familiarity with asset management software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong ethical judgment and discretion.
• Advanced organizational and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
