Data Warehouse ETL Developer Lead - Remote

Overview

Huntington Bank is looking for an ETL developer in our Enterprise Data Warehouse. In this role you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to leverage data as an asset at the bank.

In Short

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain code following best practices and standards.
• Translate requirements and data mapping documents to a technical design.
• Create and execute unit test plans.
• Support regression and system testing efforts.
• Debug and problem solve issues found during testing and/or production.
• Communicate status, issues and blockers with project team.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and solving opportunities.
• Mentor and train junior level developers on team.
• Serve as project leader for specific projects.
• Maintain knowledge of technical industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferably computer science).
• 7+ years of experience in ETL development in a Data Warehouse.
• 5+ years of experience with Python/PySpark, IBM DataStage and SQL development.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure projects.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading teams of developers within a project.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices.
• Experience in financial services industry.
