• You take on the professional leadership in projects: from requirement analysis with clients to the creation of user stories and implementation with the team.
• You define the scope, capture requirements, structure work packages, and ensure clarity.
• You represent our technical work externally – communicating strongly and at eye level with clients.
• You also develop yourself and bring best practices into the projects.
• You work closely with project managers, designers, and others.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in professional software development.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills to prepare complex issues in a structured manner.
• Very good understanding of software development processes and modern methodologies.
• You are a true communication professional who loves to talk to clients and make technical requirements tangible.
• You want to take responsibility and take charge.
• You can technically guide teams but are not an ego-driven leader.
