In Short

  • Lead the backend engineering team at StackAdapt.
  • Architect scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines.
  • Mentor a team of talented engineers.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews and promote best practices.
  • Identify and solve technical challenges rigorously.
  • Attract and identify high-performing candidates through interviews.
  • Balance and prioritize projects for maximum efficiency.
  • Extensive experience with big data processing.
  • Strong technical leadership and long-term engineering strategy skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse technologies is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Experience building scalable data systems and engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trino/Presto and Snowflake is a bonus.
  • Track record of building and scaling robust data pipelines in production.
  • Ability to think strategically and inspire the team.
