In Short

• Architect and maintain a scalable CDP aligned with GTM and sales objectives
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing
• Integrate the CDP with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in data warehousing roles building scalable, enterprise-grade ecosystems
• 3+ years in financial services and/or SaaS environments
• Proven experience designing and integrating customer data platforms
• Expert proficiency in SQL (multiple dialects preferred)
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns
• Advanced skills in warehouse schema design and dimensional data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to align data architectures with GTM strategies
• Track record of delivering data solutions that enable actionable insights
• Experience leading multi-phase data migrations and system transformations
