Associate - Leveraged Finance Execution - Remote

Overview

The Associate - Leveraged Finance Execution is responsible for providing underwriting and execution support to senior deal team members on leveraged finance transactions. This includes performing due diligence and preparing internal credit approval documents, while also managing and training analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of leveraged finance transactions.
• Experience with middle market cash flow transactions preferred.
• Completion of formalized credit training program is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in software programs including Word and Excel.
