Overview

The Director - Leveraged Finance Execution will lead the execution of leveraged financing transactions, ensuring effective credit evaluation and risk mitigation for private equity and corporate clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance.
• Understanding of leveraged finance markets and trends.
• Experience in underwriting and execution of leveraged deals.
• Solid analytical and judgment skills.
• Experience negotiating complex credit agreements.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• CFA or MBA preferred.
• Diverse industry financing experience.
• Completion of formalized credit training program.
