Client Connection Coordinator - Remote

At Hembree Bell Law Firm, PLLC, we help marriages end well. Our mission is to guide people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with care, strategy, and professionalism. To do that, we need a Client Connection Coordinator, someone who ensures no call goes unanswered, no lead goes untracked, and no client feels forgotten.

In Short

• Answer incoming calls and connect callers to the right resources.
• Collaborate with the intake team and marketing director to manage leads.
• Maintain the HubSpot CRM with accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support client communications and daily call flow.
• Attend biweekly intake meetings to improve processes.
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression to clients.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in intake, sales, or as a receptionist.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and warm phone manner.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A genuine desire to help people.
