Appraisal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Federal Savings Bank, a national bank specializing in residential mortgage lending, is hiring an Appraisal Desk Analyst to join our remote Appraisal Management team. This role includes monitoring of appraisal orders via the Reggora platform as well as collaborating with our appraisal partners and processing operations team members to ensure timely receipt, review, and delivery of appraisals. This position will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to all AIR guidelines, compliance, and operations standards while providing exceptional customer service to bank colleagues and third party vendors.

Requirements

• 2-year degree or commensurate mortgage experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Encompass LOS.
• 2+ year of experience with an appraisal platform (Reggora preferred).
• Knowledge of appraisal guidelines for residential mortgages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Flexibility in schedule during peak periods.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
