As a client service representative at The Credit Pros, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth by providing phone-based support to customers.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email, and chat.
• Utilize TCP’s tech tools suite including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu.
• Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments.
• Record, review, and follow-up on requests and resolutions.
• Investigate and research solutions for customer issues.
• Update customer records during conversations.
• Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs.
