Requirements

• Experience in operations management.

• Ability to implement and monitor SOPs.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to support operations.
• Experience in facility and equipment planning.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to assess staffing models and operational goals.
