Senior Proposal Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Proposal Specialist is responsible for executing a diverse range of tasks within the scope of creating, organizing, developing, and producing proposals and other formally requested correspondence.

In Short

• Prepare proposal responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and/or new business.
• Assist with reviewing various websites for new business opportunities.
• Read, evaluate, and report on potential RFPs.
• Track RFP deadlines and updates in Salesforce.
• Prepare proposal compliance matrix and templates.
• Perform data collection and organization.
• Track and update proposal information in Salesforce.
• Draft letter proposals, agreements, and amendments.
• Assist with Medicaid application completion.
• Verify insurance compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of proposal writing experience.
• Interpersonal skills to support team personnel.
• High level of initiative and accountability.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Frequently lifts and moves up to 10 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands.
