General Manager - Remote

Overview

The General Manager will manage and implement processes that streamline operations and execute sales strategies, driving sales revenue while supporting Blueprint1122’s mission to create spaces that align with worship experiences and ministry objectives.

• Lead all aspects of Blueprint1122, including operational execution and business development.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with the CFO.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends.
• Network effectively at industry events to generate new leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of church building and remodeling projects.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with COO and CFO.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing or referrals.
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets through efficient operations.
• Lead regular check-ins to review project status and address concerns.
• Partner with church staff to manage ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, preferably in a real estate-related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a church or nonprofit setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate revenue and manage the full sales cycle.
• Expertise in strategic planning for sales and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in operational execution and project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in networking and relationship-building.
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate ability to make disciples who make disciples.
