Overview

The General Manager at JLL is responsible for managing properties according to company standards, achieving financial results, and ensuring client and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Seven years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Three to four years of team management experience.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Strong financial and accounting acumen.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Efficient problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License required within six months.
• Client-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
