Outpost Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Outpost Project Manager plays a vital role in advancing the mission of The Church of Eleven22 by overseeing the logistics, systems and operational growth of the Eleven22 Outpost Ministry. Serving as the primary liaison between outpost hosts and the online pastor, this role ensures each outpost is fully resourced, equipped and supported for ministry success. The ideal candidate brings a passion for ministry, a love for organization and process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.

• Support and care for outposts by collaborating with central ministries.
• Ensure Outpost Ministry activities align with the mission and vision of Eleven22.
• Build, lead, and shepherd serve staff teams.
• Drive all operational aspects of the Outpost Ministry.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for Outpost locations.
• Manage Outpost resource boxes and inventory levels.
• Update website details for accurate Outpost information.
• Schedule and coordinate Outpost leader interviews.
• Maintain up-to-date Outpost listings and reporting metrics.
• Partner with ministries to provide pastoral care to the online congregation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of ministry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Familiarity with digital ministry tools and social media preferred.
• Strong proactive communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects.
• Ability to grow and develop online serve staff teams.
• Ability to shepherd the online congregation.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience in logistics management.
