Overview

This part-time position involves developing strategies to mobilize missional leaders in Church Planting and Gospel Witness as part of a regional team.

Requirements

• Membership in a Christian Reformed congregation.
• Proven leadership experience in a faith community.
• Passion for Gospel outreach and mission work.
• Ability to work independently and manage goals.
• Effective use of technology for remote collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in ministry leadership (minimum 3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in coach training.
• Commitment to diversity and cross-cultural engagement.
