Mission Success Lead - Remote

Overview

Vannevar Labs supports people on the front lines by building tools that deter and de-escalate conflict with America's adversaries. We build software and hardware for this mission that enable our customers to maintain maritime vigilance, disrupt misinformation, and collect non-traditional intelligence. This mission has become urgent as the US and allies are fighting a war of deterrence with outdated technology.

In Short

• Lead the execution of deployments and deliver technology outcomes for defense partners.
• Report to a Mission Success Manager aligned to a specific pod.
• Understand user needs and challenges from a mission domain perspective.
• Deliver capabilities as per contracted periods of performance.
• Deeply understand mission sets and pain points of users.
• Influence cross-team members to direct resources effectively.
• Bring on-ground reality insights back to product and engineering teams.
• Work closely with users to understand how to provide value.
• Help build world-class software.
• Take ownership and act with urgency in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience deploying SaaS software.
• 5+ years of mission experience with tactical operations technology.
• Motivated problem solver with ownership mentality.
• Experience in customer renewal and expansion cycles.
• U.S. Person status required for data access.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance or previous clearance required.
