• Partner with Product and Marketing to optimize user engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to capture data from new features.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across the company.
• Define strategic metrics for prioritization.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure for decision-making.
• Onboard with the team and familiarize with data tools.
• Engage in product discussions and evaluate feature launches.
• Become a subject matter expert on experimentation and metrics.
• Help grow the team by interviewing candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer software products.
• Robust experience with SQL and a scripting language (Python, R).
• Ability to navigate production codebases.
• Experience partnering with product teams.
• Familiarity with end-to-end data engineering stacks.
• User-focused with a curiosity about user behavior.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone.
