Overview

The Sustainment Support Project Management Specialist will support the E-4B Program by managing a portfolio of Sustainment projects, focusing on lifecycle planning, product affordability, and fleet readiness.

In Short

• Support and lead internal and external project reviews.
• Track Sustainment and Engineering Projects from estimate to completion.
• Analyze data to evaluate projected costs and ensure contractual adherence.
• Develop overall project plans aligned with objectives.
• Improve project management processes and systems.
• Lead all phases of projects from inception to completion.
• Establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Integrate project data for decision making.
• Work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Obtain U.S. Security Clearance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with financial processes and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense.
• Some domestic travel may be required.
