Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance and IT Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management and audits.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5+ years of experience with reporting tools like Tableau.
• Ability to analyze complex data and recommend solutions.
• Experience evaluating processes for efficiency and compliance.
