Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Supplier Program Management Specialist to provide technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets while developing stakeholder relationships and evaluating performance throughout all contract phases.

In Short

  • Provide technical and business support for supplier performance.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and reviews of work statements.
  • Support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.
  • Evaluate recovery, corrective, and preventative action plans.
  • Communicate supplier performance plans, risks, and opportunities.
  • Position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mathematics, science, IT).
  • More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Program Management.
  • Experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity.
  • Preferred experience in program management within supplier management.
  • Experience working across multiple programs and locations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control laws.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
