Overview

The Quality Manager will lead a team of Quality Workplace Coaches to ensure high-quality mentoring and support for Quality Inspectors, enhancing the effectiveness and success of the team.

• Lead a team of Quality Workplace Coaches.
• Ensure high-quality mentoring for Quality Inspectors.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Workplace Coaches and Quality leaders.
• Manage resources and lead process improvements.
• Develop and execute business plans and strategies.
• Provide education and coaching on Quality Management Systems.
• Gather improvement ideas from coaching sessions.
• Work onsite at Everett, Renton, or Seattle, WA.
• Expected to travel 10% of the time.
• Must comply with export control requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing production environment.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office applications.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• 1+ years in a coaching and training environment.
• Ability to work any shift as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in root cause analysis.
