The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Classified Security team, focusing on policy, assessment, and compliance.

In Short

• Lead the Policy, Assessment and Compliance (PAC) Team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in NISP, SAP, and/or SCI.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.
• Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service strategies.
• Experience in process improvement activities.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
