Overview

The Government & Capital Property Manager at Boeing is responsible for managing all aspects of Government Property Management in Huntsville, Alabama, ensuring compliance and efficiency through streamlined processes and strong partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with RCCA processes.
• 3+ years leading project teams.
• 3+ years creating project schedules.
• 3+ years implementing lean processes.
• 5+ years managing Government or Capital Property.
• 5+ years working with DOD contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NPMA Certification is a plus.
• Effective team building skills.
• Ability to obtain NASA access.
