The Boeing Company is seeking a Government & Capital Property Specialist to assist in managing government property and capital projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective property management.

In Short

• Support the Government & Capital Property Management team.
• Administer contract provisions related to property management.
• Maintain property records and accountability.
• Track property movement and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconcile results.
• Assist in property disposition as per legal requirements.
• Collaborate with government entities and internal partners.
• Implement continuous process improvement strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience with DMCA and DOD contracts.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing Government or Capital Property.
• Training on FAR and DFARS compliance is a plus.
