In Short

• Handle property claims and assist Branch members in their greatest time of need.
• Investigate and resolve claims quickly and efficiently.
• Document claims thoroughly.
• Coordinate resources and vendors to support members.
• Write estimates in Xactimate.
• Review and make decisions on estimates completed by third parties.
• Deliver an industry-leading member experience.
• Resolve claims in accordance with state guidelines.

Requirements

• Two or more years of property claims experience.
• Broad knowledge of Homeowners coverage.
• Superior time management skills.
• Ability to travel for training and events.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Insurance designation (AIC, SCLA, CPCU, etc.) is a plus.
• Adjuster license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite.
• Experience writing and reviewing estimates in Xactimate.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
