Requirements

• 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
• Preferred: 3+ years in a machining environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
