F/A-18 and EA-18G Flight Test Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) - Remote

Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking an F/A-18 and EA-18G Flight Test Engineer to support flight test activities at Patuxent River, MD, involving maintenance, configuration control, and real-time support for test flights.

In Short

• Direct maintenance activity and control configuration on F/A-18 and EA-18G flight test aircraft.
• Support pre-flight briefs and post-flight debriefs.
• Coordinate with test team personnel and project engineers.
• Write flight reports for each test flight supported.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct effective work program meetings.
• Assist in preparation for F/A-18 and EA-18G test flights.
• Requires periodic shift changes and domestic travel.
• Position available for Associate and Mid-Level engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, technology, or related fields.
• 3 or more years of related work experience for Mid-Level.
• Experience in flight test and with F-18 Aircraft preferred.
• Programming and/or database management experience is a plus.
• Active U.S. security clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or meet export control compliance.
