Overview

The Boeing Company is hiring for Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Manufacturing Engineers to support the production system in North Charleston, SC.

In Short

• Directly own build plan packages in Final Assembly.
• Develop and implement integrated plans to meet technical and customer requirements.
• Provide World Class Manufacturing support and resources.
• Assist in enhancing build plan performance across the value stream.
• Communicate engineering intent and provide detailed analysis.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Boeing Production System.
• Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in a diverse and demanding environment.
• Flexible working hours based on aircraft and job needs.
• Must comply with a Drug Free Workplace policy.

Requirements

• ABET accredited bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with production planning and build plans is preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with various teams.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of electrical subsystems and aircraft systems is a plus.
• Must meet export control compliance requirements.
• Not a safety-sensitive position.
