Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Cryogenic Integration Engineer to work on microelectronics technology development for aerospace systems, focusing on Quantum Systems Microelectronics.

In Short

  • Design and develop cryogenic systems and integrate them into larger systems.
  • Conduct electrical testing and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Maintain software products through their lifecycle.
  • Establish test environments and execute test cases.
  • Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs.
  • Debug and resolve software issues.
  • Assist in planning and implementing improvements in test setups.
  • Support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work in a lab setting to characterize test components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Knowledge of cryogenic systems and IC circuit design.
  • Experience with Python and software best practices.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Interest in quantum systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with COMSOL and HSPICE.
  • Experience with AWR Microwave Office is desired.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and FPGAs is beneficial.
