The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated F-18 Mission Systems Integration Manager to lead the F/A-18 and EA-18 Mission Systems team, focusing on system integration, analysis, and system test engineering for advanced fighter aircraft technology.

In Short

• Lead an Integration, Analysis, and System Test Engineering team.
• Develop system/subsystem requirements and support software development.
• Oversee subsystem development and work closely with USN/DCMA customers.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality program products within cost and schedule.
• Provide technical and programmatic leadership to team members.
• Monitor team and supplier performance for system integration.
• Support issue resolution for delivered hardware and software.
• Perform managerial HR functions and motivate employees.
• Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Relocation offered based on candidate eligibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 2+ years in the Mission Systems field on Military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams/projects.
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Active Top-Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git.
• Experience in the F-18 program is a plus.
