Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with Mission Systems.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 1+ years of experience with Cost Account Management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DOORS software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience briefing senior leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
