Mission Systems Integration Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Mission Systems Engineer on the Air Combat Autonomy team, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of complex systems that support military, aerospace, or other specialized missions.

In Short

• Build software that enables interoperability with military aircraft mission systems standards, such as OMS UCI.
• Develop interfaces for vehicle systems and capabilities like tactical data links and sensors.
• Implement service-oriented-architecture standards for unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
• Collaborate with autonomy engineers and DoD experts to integrate autonomy software.
• Work on mission-critical systems for military applications.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Travel required approximately every other month.
• Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience with military aircraft interoperability standards.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with Docker and Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio Code, and GitLab.
