Experienced Industrial Security Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Security Specialist to support a Special Access Program (SAP) in Berkeley, MO, ensuring compliance with government and company regulations.

In Short

• Conduct compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist less experienced personnel with Internal Security Controls.
• Conduct Administrative Inquiries on personnel and processes.
• Perform Communication Security (COMSEC) duties.
• Protect sensitive information through an Operational Security program.
• Lead Personnel Security processes for security clearances.
• Conduct security awareness training and education programs.
• Perform Physical Security duties within Boeing facilities.
• Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) sub or task teams.

Requirements

• Tier 5 Investigation (T5) completed within the last 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security or related fields.
• Experience with NISP, SAP, and/or SCI.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NISPOM and DoD Security Manual.
