Overview

The Aircraft Paint Team Lead at Boeing Commercial Airplanes is responsible for overseeing painting operations and leading a team to ensure quality and safety in the painting process of aircraft.

• Lead a team in aircraft painting operations.

Requirements

• Able to work 3x12 hour shifts on weekends.
• 3+ years of painting experience in aircraft or similar fields.
• Team lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety equipment and fall protection gear.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean/BPS methodologies.
• Ability to identify and mitigate performance risks.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Understanding of KPI metrics and improvements.
