Overview

The Block is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and willingness to learn HR tools.
• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
