Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI to create and manage data models, develop reports, and perform predictive analytics to support business decision-making.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain data models for business intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and Dax language.
• Experience in predictive modelling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms is a plus.
• Experience with version control tools is preferred.
