Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II - Remote

Overview

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of the company such as Executive Leadership, Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships.

In Short

• Working with teams to translate findings into action.
• Building interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Designing and implementing data warehouse tables or views.
• Providing insights to decision-makers and creating specifications for reports.

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence.
• 2+ years of experience in data management and manipulation.
• 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience mentoring peers.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with BI dashboarding tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience analyzing data and communicating results.
• Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation tools.
• Project management experience.
