  • Assist in preparing and filling GST and IAS returns.
  • Liaise with Client Partners for onboarding and documentation.
  • Prepare jobs for annual accounts.
  • Handle Companies Office administration and filing.
  • Provide billing support for Client Partners.
  • Respond to queries and manage records and filing.
  • Undertake accounting functions as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting essential.
  • 1-2 years of similar experience required.
  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts essential.
  • Experience with Xero and MYOB preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
