Associate Director, Development - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of Development will be responsible for generating over $600,000 in annual revenue through ALS-sponsored events in the Houston and Dallas Metroplex, focusing on peer-to-peer coaching and building relationships with supporters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proven managerial and coaching experience.
• Experience with fundraising mechanics and donor management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor databases.
• Familiarity with video conferencing software.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
