Requirements

  • Knowledge of Southwest communities and corporate leaders.
  • Proven managerial and coaching experience.
  • Experience with fundraising mechanics and donor management.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor databases.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
