Overview

The part-time Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support in day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department, promoting a people-first, high-performance culture.

In Short

  • 20 hours per week, primarily remote with one day in the office.
  • Supports recruiting efforts through job postings and candidate management.
  • Coordinates new employee orientations and maintains HR project documentation.
  • Collaborates with department heads to update job descriptions.
  • Participates in diversity job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensures compliance with labor and employment laws.
  • Utilizes HRIS (Paylocity) for data entry and reporting.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and candidates.
  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Promotes core values of Inclusion, Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, and Innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of HR experience with recruiting responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software; Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
