Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and improve one of our flagship products.

In Short

• Work on developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
• Support continuous delivery using CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews.
• Research, design, and document solutions for customer requirements.
• Build, test, and deploy serverless applications.
• Define and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Create automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor and improve system performance.
• Contribute to technical decisions and team practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Java and TypeScript.
• Understanding of high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to grow into full-stack development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
• Knowledge of AWS services (nice to have).
• Understanding of serverless architecture (nice to have).
• Creative mindset and collaborative spirit (nice to have).
