The Major Gifts Officer role is essential for overseeing and enhancing relationships with a diverse portfolio of donors to secure annual contributions and significant major gifts, while also creating a comprehensive annual cultivation plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CFRE is a plus.
• Minimum of five years in nonprofit fundraising.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator.
• Capital campaign experience is a plus.
• Skilled in using donor databases and prospect research.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to inspire and engage prospects.
• High comfort level with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
