Overview

As the Support Tools Administrator, you are the designer of the support experience. You command the CRM platform and position relevant features to ensure our players have an effortless support experience through a well designed player support journey.

In Short

• Design and maintain TGC’s player support portal.
• Facilitate testing and deployment of new systems.
• Work cross-functionally with dev teams.
• Recommend solutions for new features or product enhancements.
• Maintain player-facing knowledge base.
• Create and maintain reporting on contact data.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Maintain detailed documentation.
• Handle emergent issues affecting player support.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a CRM administrator.
• 2+ years of business process analysis and system design.
• Data reporting on support operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize issues.
• Collaborative work with diverse teams.
• Mastery of player-facing communications.
