• Own ad delivery on Android—implement and optimize ad units across the app using Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Build innovative monetization features in collaboration with AdOps and Product.
• Triage and solve performance bottlenecks related to ad SDKs and rendering.

• Lead and mentor across the Android team, setting a high bar for quality and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Android developer, primarily in Kotlin.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and ad SDKs.
• Passionate about creating user-respectful ad experiences.
• A team-first leader comfortable mentoring peers.
• Self-driven and able to take projects from concept to launch independently.
