Overview

Texada is seeking our next Strategic Partner Associate responsible for helping manage partner relationships, help guide the software partner program, and coordinate software integration projects with key strategic partners that drive revenue.

In Short

  • Manage the growth of Texada Pay by working closely with our payments partner.
  • Champion our open API partnership program and improve the process for scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, sales, and marketing.
  • Be a trusted advisor to partners and advise the product team on strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners to build processes that drive onboarding and sales.
  • Track and analyze success metrics to execute against goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B consulting, customer success, or partnership development experience.
  • Experience leading and growing partnerships across diverse organizations.
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals within an organization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
